Job summary

Jobgether partner company is seeking a Head of Vendor Management based in Denmark to lead the vendor strategy and outsourcing in a global pharma environment. You will drive the complete vendor lifecycle, from sourcing and qualification to contract governance and performance management, collaborating across Commercial, Quality, Legal, and Finance teams.

Qualifications

• Significant professional experience in Vendor Management, Procurement, Outsourcing, or Strategic Sourcing within life sciences or regulated industries.
• Proven track record building and optimizing vendor networks and partnerships.
• Experience negotiating complex agreements and managing large vendor contracts.
• Ability to design and implement governance frameworks, KPIs, and risk processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a centralized vendor management strategy across units.
• Build strategic vendor partnerships to ensure service quality and delivery reliability.
• Oversee vendor lifecycle: sourcing, qualification, onboarding, performance, governance, offboarding.
• Lead commercial negotiations and pricing strategies to balance value, quality and cost.
