Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in business administration, economics, Life Sciences or another relevant discipline.
• At least five years of relevant experience in business partnering, portfolio management, resource planning, consulting, clinical development or trial operations.
• Strong analytical capabilities and experience translating complex information into clear, practical business recommendations.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proactive, structured, solution-oriented approach, with the ability to influence without formal authority and a curiosity about improving how work is done.
• Experience from the pharmaceutical industry or clinical development is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Global Trial Portfolio leadership to provide strategic guidance on resource planning and organisational performance.
• Drive global resource planning and capacity management, including scenario analyses and recommendations for senior decision-makers.
• Create transparency around resource allocation and portfolio performance across Clinical Operations, Trial Operations, and Clinical Data Management and Programming.
• Help develop meaningful performance metrics and reporting that help leaders identify opportunities, risks and improvement areas.
• Lead improvements to resource management processes, governance and digital solutions while strengthening cross-functional planning and execution.
