Job summary

Demant Global Finance seeks a seasoned Treasury professional to join Group Treasury as a trusted business partner. You will transform financial data and market developments into analysis, recommendations, and decisions that improve Demant’s liquidity, risk management, and funding.

Reporting to the Head of Group Treasury, you will manage liquidity, hedging, reporting, and stakeholder relationships across Demant and external partners, with opportunities to lead projects and develop treasury

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in Corporate Treasury or equivalent.
Strong data analysis and modelling skills.
Experience with Excel and PowerPoint for reporting.
Ability to communicate financial matters to finance and non-finance stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Ensure timely and effective group liquidity management, including banking relationships and compliance.
Manage group financial risk exposures and hedging (currency and interest rate risks).
Assist with group funding initiatives and ensure efficient distribution.
Deliver timely reporting and strategic analysis to top management.
Lead projects using data and modelling to generate insights.
Act as a Treasury partner to the Demant business and WDI.
Develop and strengthen Group Treasury's role as a trusted partner.
Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
