Job summary

DSV’s Group Treasury is seeking a Senior Treasury Specialist to own and develop the global treasury limit framework at the company’s head office in Hedehusene. The role partners with local CFOs and finance teams to assess funding needs and provide senior-management-ready recommendations.

You will drive governance, reporting and process improvements across multiple countries, supporting working capital strategies and transforming treasury operations.

Qualifications

• Several years of relevant experience within Treasury, Corporate Finance, Cash Management, Credit or a related field.
• Strong analytical judgement and the confidence to challenge assumptions.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with CFOs and senior management.
• Structured, proactive approach and ability to drive work independently.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop DSV’s Global Treasury Limit Framework end-to-end.
• Design, implement and continuously improve a scalable treasury limit framework.
• Prepare business cases and recommendations for senior management and CFO approval.
• Engage with local CFOs and finance teams to understand funding needs.
• Monitor utilisation, exposure and compliance across entities.
• Create transparent management reporting and decision support on limits.
• Act as a trusted treasury partner to global finance leadership.
• Drive process improvements, system enhancements and automation initiatives.
• Contribute to broader Group Treasury and working capital initiatives.
