Job summary

Demant is seeking a Senior Treasury Specialist to join Global Finance. The role combines financial markets insight, data-driven analysis and risk management to support liquidity, funding and strategic decisions.

You will work with the Head of Group Treasury and cross-functional stakeholders, contributing to the continued development of Group Treasury and its role as a trusted business partner.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, economics or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in corporate treasury or related environment.
• Solid understanding of treasury disciplines including liquidity, funding, risk management.
• Experience communicating financial matters to both finance and non-finance stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Assist with liquidity management and banking relationships.
• Manage group financial risk exposures and hedging activities.
• Support funding initiatives and ensure efficient distribution across the group.
• Deliver timely reporting and strategic analysis to senior management.
• Lead own projects using data and financial modelling to drive decisions.
• Act as Treasury partner to the Demant business and WDI.
• Deliver timely, high‑quality reporting and strategic analysis to top management.
• Lead own projects using data and financial modelling to drive insights.
• Act as Treasury partner to Demant and WDI and build strong internal relationships.
