Job summary

Lundbeck in Copenhagen is seeking a Project Manager in Supply Chain Project Management for a one-year temporary role. You will lead cross-functional projects from definition through execution, developing structure, plans, milestones and governance.

You will work with CMC, QA, Regulatory Affairs, Production Planning and Contract Manufacturers to strengthen project and portfolio governance, implement practical tools, and drive a fit-for-purpose stage-gate model while ensuring supply chain

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of project management or consultancy in pharma supply chain.
• Solid analytical skills to structure complex information and translate input into recommendations.
• Structured and systematic planning, execution and follow-up.
• Good stakeholder management and cross-functional communication.
• Independent and proactive with momentum.
• Tech-savvy with AI and digital tooling to boost analysis and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional Supply Chain projects from definition through execution and implementation.
• Create clear project structures, plans, milestones, responsibilities and follow-up.
• Analyze complex problems and information and translate them into clear options, recommendations and actions.
• Facilitate alignment and decision-making across stakeholders and functions.
• Identify risks, dependencies and issues and ensure appropriate follow-up and escalation.
• Drive selected elements of the Supply Chain Project Management roadmap, working closely with the Director and the rest of the project management team.
• Develop and implement practical project management tools and ways of working, and strengthen project and portfolio governance.
