Job summary

Lundbeck seeks a CMC Project Manager to strengthen planning, management and communication across its CMC project portfolio. You will partner with CMC Project Leads and stakeholders to connect plans, forecasts and financial commitments, and to enable informed prioritization, resource allocation and portfolio decisions.

Qualifications

• Relevant higher education and experience in project management or coordination in a complex organization.
• Strong analytical skills with project financials, forecasting and reporting.
• Ability to work with budgets, forecasts and reporting with Finance.
• Experience developing and maintaining project management tools and processes.
• Solid stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Provide project management support across CMC project portfolio.
• Partner closely with CMC Project Leads and stakeholders across the organisation.
• Strengthen financial transparency and budget optionality with Finance.
• Develop and maintain project management tools, processes and standards using digital tools and AI-enabled solutions.
• Shape how the role develops within CMC and contribute to a strong project management capability.
