Lundbeck seeks a Project Manager in Supply Chain to lead cross-functional projects from definition through execution. This one-year temporary role focuses on improving processes, operating models and digital tools across the supply chain.

You will collaborate with CMC, QA, Regulatory Affairs, Production Planning, and Contract Manufacturers to drive governance and a fit-for-purpose stage-gate. The position is based in Copenhagen with limited travel.

Formación

• 2+ years of PM or consultancy experience in pharmaceutical supply chain.
• Ability to structure complex information and translate analysis into actionable recommendations.
• Structured planning, execution and follow-up across projects.
• Strong stakeholder management across functions.

Responsabilidades

• Lead cross-functional Supply Chain projects from definition through execution and implementation.
• Create clear project structures, plans, milestones, responsibilities and follow-up.
• Analyze complex problems and translate into clear options, recommendations and actions.
• Facilitate alignment and decision-making across stakeholders and functions.
• Identify risks, dependencies and issues and ensure appropriate follow-up and escalation.
• Drive elements of the Supply Chain Project Management roadmap with the Director and team.
• Develop and implement practical project management tools and governance models.
