Job summary

Orsted Hornsea Project Four Limited seeks to optimize offshore windfarm operations by sourcing the right suppliers and managing the end-to-end tendering process. You will coordinate with category managers and stakeholders to develop sourcing strategies and hand over contracts ready for execution in a dynamic, international environment.

The role emphasizes proactive input from internal stakeholders, compliant governance, and timely contracting of O&M services across projects at operational hubs.

Qualifications

• Significant experience managing sourcing from strategy to contract.
• Experience running tenders in accordance with EU tender rules is a plus.
• Strong negotiation skills and track record of planning and executing negotiations.
• Ability to identify commercial opportunities while ensuring safety and value.
• High integrity, ownership mindset, and resilience under pressure.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end tendering: qualify suppliers, evaluate bids, negotiate terms, and award contracts.
• Ensure compliance with tendering rules, engaging key support functions.
• Prepare clear gate documents for management and budget owners’ decisions.
• Lead communications with suppliers throughout sourcing activities.
• Contribute to quality assurance by reviewing documentation and sharing lessons.
• Hand over complete signed contract package with metadata ready for execution.
