Job summary

Orsted Asia Pacific is seeking an experienced procurement professional to lead the end-to-end sourcing process for offshore windfarm operations and servicing contracts in a fast-paced, international environment.

You will coordinate with category managers and stakeholders to qualify suppliers, evaluate bids, negotiate terms, and hand over fully signed contracts with metadata ready for execution. Emphasis is on integrity, ownership and delivering compliant, competitive solutions.

Qualifications

• Significant experience managing sourcing processes from drafting sourcing strategies to contract signing.
• Experience running tenders according to EU tender rules is a plus.
• Strong negotiation skills and proactive planning/execution of negotiations.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end sourcing processes from strategy to contract signing and supplier onboarding.
• Qualify suppliers, evaluate bids, negotiate terms, and award contracts.
• Ensure compliance with internal and external tendering rules and governance.
• Collaborate with category managers, business stakeholders and supporting functions across projects.
• Prepare gate documents for management and budget owners to enable decision making.
• Coordinate with a global procurement team and project hubs to ensure timely execution.
