Job summary

Orsted is seeking a procurement professional to source suppliers and manage end-to-end tenders for O&M services across offshore windfarms. You’ll contribute to developing sourcing strategies and coordinate with category managers in a dynamic, international environment.

In this role, you’ll ensure compliance with EU tender rules, engage stakeholders, and hand over fully documented contracts ready for execution. The position is fixed-term and requires strong collaboration across global teams.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end tendering, qualify suppliers, evaluate bids, and recommend/award suppliers
• Ensure compliance with tendering rules, policies, governance, and involve key support functions
• Prepare and present gate documents for management and budget owners to decide strategies
• Lead communication with suppliers during sourcing activities
• Contribute to QA by reviewing documents and sharing lessons learned from tendering and contracts
• Hand over complete signed contract package with metadata for execution
