Job summary

TDC NET is seeking a Senior Sourcing Manager to lead strategic procurement initiatives across civil works, IT and Telecommunications, and indirect categories. You will develop sourcing strategies, drive cost savings, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to secure favorable supplier agreements in a transforming organization.

You will analyze procurement performance and negotiate terms while supporting digital infrastructure development in Denmark, reporting to the Chief Procurement

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in supply chain, business, engineering, or related field.
• Significant experience in procurement/strategic sourcing in a large organization.
• IT and Telecommunication sourcing experience.
• Civil Work Sourcing experience and/or Indirect Sourcing.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies to support organizational goals.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements in the procurement process.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure procurement needs are met efficiently and effectively.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with suppliers to secure favorable agreements.
• Implement best practices in procurement to maximize value and minimize risk.
• Develop cost-saving strategies while ensuring quality and performance standards are met.
• Provide financial analysis and reporting on procurement activities.
• Negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers to secure the best possible agreements.
