You will partner with engineering, product, and business leaders to deliver innovations for smarter, more efficient machinery solutions.

The role emphasizes agile delivery, stakeholder management, and building a PM/PO community with executive visibility and impact.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or related field with technical understanding.
Proven experience leading large, cross-functional programs or projects in software/tech environments.
Solid understanding of software development practices and delivery methodologies (Agile/Scrum).
Experience working with senior stakeholders and influencing decisions across functions.
Excellent planning, problem-solving, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

Lead strategic software programs across multiple teams and business areas, ensuring delivery against goals, timelines, and outcomes.
Translate business priorities into actionable program roadmaps and execution plans with senior leaders.
Build alignment across engineering, product, and business teams with clear communication and stakeholder management.
Identify risks and dependencies early, driving mitigation and guiding teams through change.
Develop and mentor a community of software project managers and product owners.
