Job summary

Novo Nordisk in Søborg, Denmark, is seeking a Senior Project Manager in R&D Consumer Research to translate consumer understanding into evidence that informs drug development and portfolio decisions.

You will lead consumer research across stages from early exploration to lifecycle management, design mixed-method studies, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, external partners and stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in consumer science, behavioural sciences, psychology, anthropology or related field.
• 7+ years applying consumer research to innovation, product development or portfolio decisions.
• Strong expertise in qualitative and quantitative consumer research methodologies.
• Experience from pharmaceutical R&D, consumer health or health-related development preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate consumer research across drug development projects and portfolio areas.
• Identify critical consumer questions and develop research plans tied to key development decisions.
• Contribute to designing qualitative, quantitative and mixed-method research using fit-for-purpose methodologies.
• Generate deep understanding of consumer needs, wants, behaviours and treatment expectations.
• Translate findings into actionable recommendations for drug development and portfolio decisions.
