Job summary

You will collaborate with global colleagues, lead data-driven decision-making with KPI management and Power BI, and contribute to continuous improvement of procurement processes while building strong stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Experience with procurement operations, Purchase-to-Pay processes, and ERP systems such as SAP, and familiarity with Coupa.
• Strong analytical capabilities with data, reporting, and Power BI to support decision-making.
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to build relationships across organizational levels.
• Professional proficiency in Danish and English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end procurement process, including PO creation, delivery follow-up, invoice handling, and process compliance.
• Challenge and approve purchase requests while partnering with stakeholders to create value.
• Collaborate daily with global colleagues and support functions for efficient purchasing operations.
• Drive continuous improvement in procurement and Purchase-to-Pay, focusing on simplification and standardisation.
• Support data-driven decision-making through KPI management, reporting, analytics, and Power BI visualization.
