Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
Experience with procurement operations, Purchase-to-Pay processes, and ERP systems such as SAP, and familiarity with Coupa.
Strong analytical capabilities and experience with data, reporting, and Power BI to support decision-making.
Excellent stakeholder management across organisational levels and functions.
Professional proficiency in Danish and English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

Support end-to-end procurement process including PO creation, delivery follow-up, invoice handling, and process compliance.
Challenge and approve purchase requests while partnering with stakeholders to create value.
Collaborate daily with global colleagues to ensure efficient purchasing operations.
Drive continuous improvement in procurement and P2P with focus on simplification and standardisation.
Support data-driven decision-making through KPI management, reporting, analytics, and Power BI visuals.
