Job summary

DANX Carousel is seeking a Project Manager, Strategy & M&A to drive strategic initiatives and cross-functional integrations from scoping through delivery. You will own the plan, governance and stakeholder management, reporting to the Head of Strategy and M&A, with travel across Europe and based at our Ishøj HQ.

Essential qualifications include a Master’s degree and 2–4 years' experience in post-merger integrations, plus strong English communication and project tooling skills (MS Project,

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering Management or similar.
• 2-4 years of experience running projects, including post-merger integrations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management in English.
• Hands-on experience with project tools like MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead post-merger integration projects end to end, from pre-close planning to hand-over to business as usual.
• Coordinate workstream leads across functions and keep integration activities aligned and on schedule.
• Track synergy realisation and ensure deal value is delivered.
• Report progress and risks to steering committees and executive management.
• Drive strategic initiatives and cross-functional projects across the group.
• Build relationships with senior stakeholders and unblock issues as needed.
• Develop and improve project and integration playbooks.
