Job summary

Danish Crown A/S in Randers is seeking a Manager, Internal Communication to strengthen how we share strategic priorities and leadership messages across the organisation. You will join Corporate Communication & Public Affairs and work closely with leaders, project teams and colleagues to ensure communications are clear, relevant and engaging.

Qualifications

Background in communication, journalism, public affairs or a similar field.
Several years of internal communications experience in a complex organisation.
Ability to translate business strategies into clear messages.
Strong English skills, both written and spoken.
Proactive advisor who can lead cross-functional projects.

Responsibilities

Support communication of strategic priorities, business initiatives and organisational changes.
Develop and execute communication plans driving understanding, engagement and alignment.
Plan and deliver leadership communication activities, including town halls and employee events.
Partner with project teams to ensure effective communication throughout major initiatives.
Develop key messages, presentations, talking points and communication materials for leaders.
Monitor communication effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with Corporate Communication & Public Affairs and support broader activities when needed.
