Job summary

Abacus Medicine Group seeks a Finance Business Partner – Planning to own our planning framework, models, and consolidation logic with stakeholders. You will drive templates, models, and data quality to enable transparent forecasting.

You will shape the Outlook and long-term planning, balancing cross-functional needs with robust automation and scalable processes for faster, better decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or a related field.
• 3+ years experiences with financial modelling, planning, and consolidation (FP&A).
• Advanced Excel skills and experience working with planning or financial systems.
• Ability to translate complex business logic into robust and user-friendly models.
• Fluency in English; Scandinavian language knowledge is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead the end-to-end planning framework, including timelines, methodologies, and governance.
• Design, build, and improve planning templates and models for data collection and transparency.
• Drive consolidation of forecasts, outlooks, and business cases for a single version of the truth.
• Ensure data quality and alignment across inputs, models, and outputs with robust validation.
• Take ownership of the Outlook and financial planning models, including scenario modeling.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align business needs, data structures, and financial models.
