Job summary

team.blue is seeking a Director of FP&A to lead the function across a multi-brand, multi-entity European group. You will own budgeting, forecasting, and the group’s performance narrative, partnering with the CFO, ExCo and the Board to deliver a coherent financial story.

You will manage a four-person FP&A team, drive planning discipline, ensure consistency across brands, and push for continuous improvement of reporting systems and financial controls.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics with professional qualification preferred.
• Experience presenting to/explaining to CFOs, ExCo, Boards and lenders.
• Proven ability to lead and develop multi-brand finance teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of FP&A professionals across multiple brands.
• Shape the group’s performance narrative for CFO, ExCo, Board and lenders.
• Own the end-to-end annual budgeting and multi-year plan across divisions and brands.
• Be the senior FP&A voice in reporting, ensuring accuracy and timeliness across entities.
• Drive automation and system enhancements to improve reporting and planning.
