3Shape is seeking an experienced FP&A Manager to join our global Financial Planning & Analysis team. This role supports strategic decision-making and delivers high-impact financial analysis in a fast-paced, international environment.

You will be part of the Finance Partnering & Planning department within the CFO area, collaborating with stakeholders at all levels. The Copenhagen office offers an engaging culture, healthcare, daily meals, and a flexible hybrid schedule with up to one day work

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a Finance Analyst, FP&A, or similar role, ideally within an international organization.
• Strong business acumen with solid financial understanding.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Power BI and AI is an advantage.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in an additional European language is a plus.

• Deliver insights on financial results and KPIs with recommendations for senior management.
• Co-lead annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
• Prepare and present financial reports to Senior Management and stakeholders.
• Drive process improvements in reporting for depth, accuracy, and efficiency.

Job description

We are seeking an experienced FP&A Manager to join our global Financial Planning & Analysis team. This role is central to driving our financial decision-making process and providing insightful, high-impact analysis to improve business performance.

The ideal candidate brings strong analytical capabilities, excellent stakeholder management skills, and thrives in a fast-paced, international environment.

You will functionally be part of the global Finance Partnering & Planning department, anchored within the CFO area and consisting of 10 engaged colleagues. Within the CFO's sphere, you'll find an engaging, globally oriented workspace committed to delivering value to 3Shape and supporting the professional growth of our team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver in-depth insights on financial results and key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide recommendations to support strategic decision-making at senior management level.
• Co-lead the design and preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
• Prepare and present financial reports to Senior Management and other key stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement of processes and reporting to enhance analysis depth, accuracy, and efficiency across the finance function.
• Develop, own, and maintain advanced financial models to support strategic initiatives and business planning.
• Take ownership of ad hoc analysis and special projects.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a Finance Analyst, FP&A, or similar role, ideally within an international organization.
• Strong business acumen combined with solid financial understanding.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
• Self-driven and able to structure and lead processes independently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and engage confidently with stakeholders at all levels, including senior management.
• Proven track record of managing budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with Power BI, other financial tools, and the use of AI is an advantage.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Proficiency in an additional European language is an advantage.
