Job summary

LEGO Group in Denmark seeks a Digital Audit and Assurance Director to shape the internal audit strategy and annual plan, emphasizing IT audits and the digital environment. You will provide independent assurance and practical guidance on governance, risk management and controls, while building digital audit capability across the function.

You will lead complex audits, develop team capability, and communicate clear recommendations to senior leadership and the Audit Committee, driving remediation

Qualifications

• Led large, complex audit or assurance projects independently across global stakeholder environments.
• Applied audit, risk and technology frameworks (IIA, COBIT, ISO, NIST, CIS18, COSO, ITIL).
• Used BI/analytics tools to deliver data-enabled audit activities.
• Presented audit findings and remediation recommendations to senior management or Audit Committee.
• Demonstrated analytical problem-solving and sound judgement in audit environments.
• Built audit team capability through coaching and development.
