Job summary

The LEGO Group is seeking a Digital Audit and Assurance Director to shape and deliver the internal audit strategy with a focus on IT audits and the digital technology environment. You will provide independent assurance and practical governance advice while helping the organization build stronger digital audit capability.

You will lead complex audits, develop team capability, and communicate recommendations to senior leadership and the Audit Committee, in a hybrid working model within the CFO's

Qualifications

• Led large, complex audit or assurance projects independently across global stakeholder environments.
• Applied audit, risk and technology frameworks (IIA, COBIT, ISO, NIST, CIS18, COSO, ITIL).
• Used Power BI, Tableau or Alteryx for data-enabled audit and analytics.
• Presented findings and remediation recommendations to senior management or Audit Committee-level stakeholders.
• Demonstrated critical thinking and sound judgement in audit environments.
• Built audit team capability through coaching and mentoring for data-enabled techniques.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT-focused audits and assurance projects with a digital technology focus.
• Shape and deliver the internal audit strategy and annual plan.
• Provide independent assurance and practical governance guidance.
• Communicate clear, meaningful recommendations to senior leadership and the Audit Committee.
• Develop team capability in data-enabled audit techniques and analytics.
• Ensure audit approaches keep pace with evolving technology, regulation and practice.
