Job summary

The LEGO Group is seeking a Digital Audit and Assurance Director to shape and deliver the internal audit strategy with a focus on IT audits and the digital technology environment. You will provide independent assurance, drive remediation, and communicate meaningful recommendations to senior leadership and the Audit Committee.

You will lead complex audits, develop team capability, and build stronger digital audit capability while aligning with governance, risk management and internal controls

Qualifications

• Led large, complex audit or assurance projects with global stakeholders.
• Applied IT governance frameworks (IIA/COBIT/ISO/NIST/COSO/CIS18/ITIL).
• Used Power BI, Tableau or Alteryx for data-enabled audits.
• Presented audit findings and remediation to senior management or Audit Committee.
• Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving in audit contexts.
• Built audit capability through coaching and development of data-enabled techniques.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT audits and digital technology environment reviews.
• Develop and deliver the internal audit strategy and annual plan.
• Communicate clear recommendations to senior leadership and the Audit Committee.
• Coach and develop the audit team in data-enabled techniques.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to strengthen governance and controls.
