As Strategic Assistant to the Regional Director of ECCO Europe, you will play an important role in helping shape the future of our business from ECCO Europe's new office in Tønder, Denmark.

Reporting directly to the Regional Director, Europe, you will act as an extension of the Regional Director's office, helping drive strategic priorities, coordinate key initiatives, and ensure effective execution across the region.
Working closely with senior leaders, market management teams and functional experts, you will help maintain momentum on critical business initiatives while supporting decision-making through strong planning, communication and analysis.
Based in ECCO Europe's newly established office in Tønder, Denmark, you will gain broad exposure to all aspects of the business, from commercial performance and strategic planning to organisational transformation and leadership engagement.
This is far more than a traditional support role. You will be supporting leaders turn priorities into action and ensuring key initiatives move from discussion to execution.
