Would you like to influence the future product direction of ECCO Europe?
As Merchandising Director for ECCO Europe, you will play a pivotal role in defining the merchandising agenda across the region. You will drive decisions on assortment, pricing, segmentation, and portfolio priorities across Footwear, Leather Goods, and Accessories, ensuring ECCO remains relevant, competitive, and commercially successful in diverse European markets. Based at ECCO Europe's new office in Tønder, Denmark, you will work at the intersection of product, consumer insight, and commercial strategy, influencing both regional and global decisions that shape future collections and business performance.

Drive the product agenda for Europe
Reporting directly to the Regional Director, Europe, you will own the regional merchandising function and serve as a member of ECCO Europe's leadership team. As the voice of the European consumer and market, you will ensure to translate commercial insights, market opportunities, and consumer needs into clear priorities and recommendations.
