Job summary

CHANEL Denmark is seeking a part-time Stock Support for our Copenhagen Fashion Boutique. You will help manage stock, keep the stockroom organized, and ensure accurate handling and tagging of merchandise. The role reports to the Stock Manager and runs during a fixed-term window.

The position is from 1 October to 31 December 2026, with possible extension. Hours are Mon 9–17, Tue–Thu 9–13, Fri 9–15. Prior retail experience is an advantage, English fluency required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with receiving, transferring and organising stock and repair items to and from the warehouse in an accurate and timely manner.
• Report defective goods and liaise with the Boutique team to ensure appropriate follow-up.
• Maintain the stockroom in a safe, clean and well-organised manner.
• Ensure merchandise is accurately price-tagged and prepared for the Boutique.
• Participate in daily and monthly stock takes and assist in checking and resolving stock discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate records of Boutique inventory.
• Support the Stock Manager and Boutique team with day-to-day stock-related tasks as required.

Stock Support, Part-Time - Temporary Position

CHANEL Denmark is currently looking for a Stock Support to join our Fashion Boutique in Copenhagen.

As a Stock Support, you will play an important role in ensuring the smooth and efficient management of stock within the Boutique. You will support the Boutique team by maintaining a well-organized stockroom, ensuring accurate stock handling and contributing to an excellent overall Boutique experience.

This is a fixed-term, part-time position from 1 October to 31 December 2026 with the possibility of extension.

The working hours are Monday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Tuesday to Thursday from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm, and Friday from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm.

Based in the CHANEL Fashion Boutique in Denmark, the role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and inspiring environment with high ambitions. The position reports hierarchically to the Stock Manager.
