Job summary

Novo Nordisk is seeking a Senior IT/OT Manager for Site Bagsværd to lead a skilled team responsible for OT systems and automation in a high‑volume manufacturing environment. You will balance people leadership with delivering reliable IT/OT services to production operations.

We’re looking for a Senior IT/OT Manager to join Site Bagsværd—one of Novo Nordisk’s most strategically important production sites. About the role

As Senior IT/OT Manager, you will lead a team of Operational Technology specialists responsible for supporting the site’s critical manufacturing systems and automation landscape.

This role combines people leadership, operational excellence and stakeholder management. Rather than being the technical expert in every discussion, your success will come from creating an engaged, high-performing team, building strong relationships across the production organisation and ensuring your specialists have everything they need to deliver an outstanding service.

Working closely with Production, Quality, Enterprise IT and Engineering, you’ll help balance daily operational priorities with exciting automation and expansion projects as Site Bagsværd continues to grow.

Salary and benefits

• Salary: For this role, the annual base salary ranges from DKK 742,600 to 1,091,600, depending on your experience and competencies.
• Incentives and benefits: The package may include short‑and‑or long‑term incentives as well as additional employee benefits, aligned with the position level, location, and market benchmarks.
