Qualifications

  • A Master's degree within Finance, Project Management, Business Administration or a similar field
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience from organisational development, strategy, communication, change management, business functions or top-tier consultancies
  • Strong communication skills, with a proven ability to create clear, compelling presentations and convey complex information to senior leaders
  • Excellent stakeholder management and network-building capabilities across organisational levels
  • Experience within strategy development, deployment, target setting or performance follow-up, with the ability to connect strategic ambitions to practical execution, is an advantage
  • Sharp analytical skills, allowing you to extract insights and meaningful conclusions from complex issues
  • Curiosity and daily usage of AI tools is an advantage
  • Fluency in written and spoken English; Danish is an advantage

Responsibilities

  • Being responsible for the API Manufacturing strategy from design to deployment, including optimizing for engagement and follow-through
  • Strengthening the Strategy Partner network across GMSAPI to foster collaboration, knowledge sharing and strategic capabilities
  • Owning and continuously optimizing key strategic processes at API Manufacturing level, ensuring strong stakeholder engagement and timely, high-quality output
  • Work on strategically important topics requiring a broad internal network to gain insights and translate to storylines
  • Acting as SVP Risk Coordinator and driving the Enterprise Risk Management process across API from risk identification through to a consolidated API risk profile
  • Leading or supporting business-critical assignments in the Executive Office, including analyses, presentations, workshops and follow-up on actions

Your new role

As Senior Strategy Partner in the Global Manufacturing Supply (GMS) API Executive Office, you will own key strategic processes, act as a trusted sparring partner to senior leadership, and help shape the foundation for decision-making across GMSAPI. A central part of the role is to translate strategic priorities into clear deployment plans, meaningful targets and follow-up mechanisms that ensure progress and accountability across the organisation. You will work closely with the API leadership team and individual VPs – facilitating dialogue, challenging assumptions and ensuring clear communication across the organisation.

Day-to-day, your responsibilities will include:

Being responsible for the API Manufacturing strategy from design to deploymentincludingoptimizing forengagement and follow-through

Strengthening theStrategy Partner network acrossGMSAPI tofostercollaboration, knowledge sharing and strategic capabilities

Owning and continuously optimising key strategic processes atAPI Manufacturing levelensuring strong stakeholder engagement and timely, high-quality output

Work on strategic important topics will also require you to establish a network broad in the organization – fast gaining insights and translating to storylines.

Acting as SVP Risk Coordinator and driving the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) process across API – from risk identification through to a consolidated API risk profile

Leading or supporting business-critical assignments in the Executive Office, including analyses, presentations, workshops and follow-up on actions

Providing strategic sparring to senior leaders and individual VPs – challenging perspectives, surfacing risks and bringing new thinking from outside Novo Nordisk

Developing presentations and communication tailored to audiences ranging from employees to senior leadership, always with focus on key messages and context

The API Manufacturing Executive Office supports the Senior Vice President of API Manufacturing and the API Leadership Team. Our work spans strategicdeployment,risk management,stakeholder engagement, and business continuity – all essential to enable that our manufacturing operations are running smoothly and to support our ambitious growth plans.

Your skills & qualifications

We are looking for an experienced strategic thinker who is energised by complexity, comfortable challenging senior stakeholders and motivated by seeing structure and clarity emerge from ambiguity.To succeed in this role, you bring:

Salary:For this role, the Annual Base Salary ranges from742,600 to1,091,600 DKK (DK), corresponding to the level of the position.

The placement within the salary range will be assessed during the recruitment process based on the candidate’s skills, competencies, knowledge, and relevant experience.
