Job summary

The LEGO Group is seeking a Sr BI Analyst (Data Engineering) to help build a modern data foundation across Global Supply Chain and S&OP. You will develop data products, data pipelines, and reporting solutions used by stakeholders across Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, Markets, and Channels, leveraging Databricks and Power Platform on the LEGO Data Platform.

• Are you passionate about transforming data into business value? We are looking for a Sr BI Analyst (Data Engineering) to help build and evolve a modern data foundation that enables data-driven decision making across Global Supply Chain and Sales & Operations Planning. In this role, you will develop and maintain data products, data pipelines, and reporting solutions used by stakeholders across Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, Markets, and Channels. You will play a key role in establishing a new data foundation on the LEGO Data Platform using Databricks technology while helping drive enterprise-wide analytics capabilities.

Core Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain data products, data flows, and reporting solutions for diverse business users.
• Build and enhance scalable data pipelines using Databricks and Power Platform technologies.
• Help establish a strong data foundation on the new LEGO Data Platform.
• Partner with supply chain and operations stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Ensure reliable, accessible, and high-quality data across key supply chain information domains.
• Develop reporting and analytics solutions leveraging Power BI and related technologies.
• Contribute hands‑on Databricks expertise and help elevate the team's data engineering capabilities.

Do you have what it takes?

About the Team

• The Supply Chain Business Intelligence team serves as the bridge between Supply Chain business stakeholders and Digital Data Foundation teams. The team drives data integrity, translates business requirements into technical solutions, and develops reporting and analytics products that support strategic decision making.
• Working in an agile setup, the team operates in three‑week sprints with regular planning, retrospectives, knowledge‑sharing sessions, and stakeholder collaboration.
• Over the next 18‑24 months, the team's primary focus is the establishment of a new Data Foundation in Databricks, creating an exciting opportunity to influence a transformational journey and leave a lasting impact.
