You will influence across nine affiliates in eleven countries with a focus on quality, compliance and user experience. You bring a master’s degree and 8–10 years in finance or consulting, with a strong accounting background and a track record of driving

Responsabilités

• Serve as the link between central initiatives, accounting expertise and day-to-day business needs.
• Identify opportunities to digitalise, automate and simplify accounting processes and propose improvements.
• Drive standardisation and alignment of processes, tools and ways of working across Business Area West.
• Support the implementation of central initiatives as a strategic partner and lead projects leveraging accounting and process expertise.
• Provide process and accounting sparring to colleagues and stakeholders.
• Take ownership, governance and continuous development of your assigned area.
• Act as the link between Accounting Manager, Controller and our Global Shared Service centre in Bangalore.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across Accounting, Finance, IT and the wider business.

As Sr Accounting & Digitalisation Partner, you will shape how accounting works across Business Area(BA) West. You will spot where processes can be simpler, more standardised and more automated, then work with colleagues in Accounting, Finance and IT to make those changes real. You will be the Accounting expert in the team, providing guidance on complect accounting issues. Across nine affiliates in 11 countries, your work will give colleagues better tools, a smoother user experience and more time for high-quality financial management.

What you’ll bring

• A master’s degree in business, finance, economics or a similar field.
• 8-10 years of relevant experience from finance, consulting or a related environment, including accounting, finance transformation, process management or digitalisation.
• A strong understanding of accounting processes and the needs of internal stakeholders.
• Experience driving process improvement, standardisation or digitalisation initiatives.
• Project experience and the ability to work across functions and organisational levels.
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• A structured, proactive approach, with the ability to turn business needs into practical improvements.

What you’ll do

• You will be the link between central initiatives, accounting expertise and what the business needs day to day. Your focus will be on:
• Finding opportunities to digitalise, automate and simplify accounting processes, and proposing improvements that raise efficiency, quality, compliance and user experience.
• Driving standardisation and alignment of processes, tools and ways of working across Business Area West.
• Supporting the implementation of central initiatives as a strategic partner, and leading projects that draw on your accounting and process expertise.
• Providing process and accounting sparring to colleagues.
• Taking ownership, governance and continuous development of your assigned area.
• Be the link between Accounting Manager, Controller and out Global Shared Service centre in Bangalore
• Building strong relationships with stakeholders across Accounting, Finance, IT and the wider business.

Who you’ll work with

You will join the Accounting & Taxation Centre of Excellence for BA West, based in Ørestad, Copenhagen, and report to the Associate Director Accounting & Taxation COE. The team is responsible for accounting and taxation for the nine affiliates and provides expertise, governance and support across accounting, tax, compliance and process excellence.

The team includes Accounting Managers and controllers who work as dedicated finance partners to individual affiliates. You and one colleague focus on Business Area West as a whole. Your affiliates cover Denmark & Iceland, Sweden, Norway, Switzerland, the Netherlands, Belgium & Luxembourg, Finland, Ireland and Portugal.

You will work closely with colleagues in Accounting, Finance, IT and the wider business to turn ideas into standardised, efficient ways of working. Challenging the status quo constructively, and speaking up when things are stalling, is part of how this team moves forward.

• Salary:For this role, the Annual Base Salary ranges from 742,560.00 to 1,091,600.00 DKK, corresponding to the level of the position.

The placement within the salary range will be assessed during the recruitment process based on the candidate’s skills, competencies, knowledge, and relevant experience.
