We are seeking a highly motivated professional to join our team as Operations Specialist. You will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our marketing initiatives, specifically focusing on the development, implementation, and optimization of packaging, displays, and other point‑of‑sale materials. You will be responsible for managing timelines, budgets, and quality, ensuring the efficient implementation of these materials across our physical retail landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and implementation of new packaging, displays, and other point‑of‑sale materials to enhance brand desirability and drive sales.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, track timelines, budgets, and ensure quality from inception through the creative process to execution.
- Maintain and improve the material library, ensuring it is a seamless and organized resource.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, implement best practices and innovative solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and ensure the sourcing of the right materials and suppliers.
- Negotiate pack size, initial prices and minimum order quantities with suppliers.
- Update the standard assortment catalogue, create new items, collect supplier quotes and communicate final prices.
- Pursue and achieve ongoing price savings and cost reductions in collaboration with relevant teams.
- Drive the end‑to‑end process in collaboration with Procurement and Supply Chain to ensure a seamless and efficient process for point‑of‑sale materials.
- Handle ad‑hoc tasks and projects as needed to address evolving business needs.
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years experience in Retail Marketing, Operations, Point‑of‑Sale Materials Development, Procurement, or a similar field.
- Educational background in Marketing, Business or a related discipline (MBA preferred).
- Proven track record of success in managing projects and budgets.
- Strong project management, stakeholder management and analytical skills.
- High level of structure and organization.
- Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
- Pragmatic approach and excellent problem‑solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and advanced Excel skills.
- Fluent in English, written and verbal.
- Knowledge of the jewellery market trends and best practices is a plus.
- Experience in jewellery, retail, fashion or FMCG industry is a plus.
- Experience working in a global organization is a plus.
- Creative development process understanding and experience is considered a plus.
This is a 12‑month maternity cover with a starting date of 15/10/2026.
