Vita Brands, part of Fiskars Group, is seeking a Sourcing Manager - Mixed Materials to lead development and sourcing of home accessories using metal, leather, wood and other materials. You will partner with brands, design teams and supplier partners to turn creative ideas into commercially viable products.

You will identify specialists worldwide, negotiate terms, and manage multiple projects and timelines in a global, cross-functional environment, ensuring quality, timing and cost targets across

• Experience in sourcing and developing multi-material products (metal, leather, wood) for home accessories.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, finishes and construction.
• Ability to interpret design briefs or mood boards into supplier-ready specs.
