Fiskars Group Vita Brands is hiring a Sourcing Manager - Mixed Materials to develop and source home accessories using metal, leather, wood and other materials. You will work closely with design teams, brands and suppliers to translate concepts into commercially viable products.

The role requires strong experience in multi-material sourcing, supplier evaluation, and end-to-end project management within a global organization.

Qualifications

• Experience sourcing and developing multi-material home accessories.
• Deep knowledge of materials such as metal, leather and wood and related manufacturing processes.
• Fluency in translating creative design briefs into supplier development.
• Strong network of global suppliers and sourcing opportunities.
• Ability to collaborate with design, product development, quality and other teams.
• Strong negotiation skills with focus on cost, lead times and supplier performance.
• Structured, detail-oriented project and timeline management across multiple suppliers.
• Experience working in a global organization across brands, markets and cultures.
