Job summary

All Gravy is seeking a Solutions Engineer to turn signed deals into fully configured, branded live platforms for SMB hospitality customers. You own the journey from close-won to go-live, often running multiple implementations in parallel using structured scheduling and playbooks.

You will onboard end-to-end, configure workflows, run trainings, and document decisions so handovers are clean. Collaboration with Sales, CS, Product and Support is daily, with room to grow as we scale.

Qualifications

• Excellent English language communication.
• Direct experience in solutions engineering or SaaS implementation.
• Hospitality operations experience is a plus.
• Organised and methodical, able to manage multiple deployments.
• Proactive communicator, always ahead of the next update.
• Willingness to learn new tech like AI, integrations and APIs.
• Take ownership and improve processes over time.
• Able to adapt to varying customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Run onboarding end-to-end, from kick off through to post go live.
• Configure workflows, communication feeds, learning pathways, permissions, integrations, and compliance modules.
• Run online and in-person training sessions that get admins and managers confident on the platform.
• Use slot scheduling and playbooks to stay predictable across your portfolio.
• Document decisions, configurations, and customer context so the CS handover is clean.
• Spot recurring product gaps, process bottlenecks, and customer pain points - feed them back to Product and the SE team.
• Improve templates, playbooks, and processes over time. Leave things better than you found them.
