Responsibilities

• Understand and map the Nordic job market through data pipelines.
• Build systems for matching people to roles they would not think to search for.
• Develop skills, salary and career-path intelligence features.
• Implement LLM-powered matching, scoring and generation.
• Maintain and scale data pipelines in a growing infra stack.
• Create internal tooling to enable a small team to move fast.
• Ensure reliability of the infrastructure as the product scales.
