Job summary

The LEGO Group seeks a proactive developer to support SAP-based warehouse applications used across our global operations in manufacturing and distribution.

You will design, test and deploy new functionality for warehousing and logistics, collaborating with engineers, product management and end users to maximize business value. This role emphasizes learning, teamwork and sustainable solutions aligned with LEGO's operational needs.

Qualifications

  • Experience in software development, SAP customizing, or a related discipline.
  • Hands-on automated testing and documentation experience.
  • Understanding of the software development lifecycle and how solutions are delivered.
  • Experience in warehousing, logistics, manufacturing or a similar operational environment.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical colleagues.
  • Familiarity with agile ways of working, combined with a curious and adaptable mindset.

Job description

Just imagine helping warehouses and factories around the world run smoothly through software that supports the production and movement of LEGO® products. Then make it real.

You will help support, enhance, and expand SAP-based warehouse applications used across global warehouses and factories. You'll work on new features, warehouse expansions and integrations with vendor systems, while partnering with business users and engineers to create reliable solutions that deliver value in day-to-day operations. You'll be part of the Manufacturing and Supply Chain Technology area within the LEGO Group, supporting warehousing, logistics and material handling solutions.

Required Qualifications
  • Experience within software development, testing, SAP customising, engineering or a related discipline
  • Hands-on experience with automated testing and documentation
  • Understanding of the software development lifecycle and how solutions are delivered
  • Experience in warehousing, logistics, manufacturing or a similar operational environment

Life on the team

You’ll join a team focused on warehousing and site logistics within Manufacturing and Supply Chain Technology. Together, the team supports warehouses and factories around the world with software solutions that help produce, handle and move LEGO® products efficiently. You’ll work closely with colleagues who combine technology expertise with a strong understanding of operational processes.

What success looks like

Success in this role means creating dependable solutions that support warehouse operations, improving user experiences, and contributing to technology decisions that have a meaningful impact across manufacturing sites and warehouses. You’ll collaborate closely with engineers, product management and business stakeholders while helping shape how software supports global operations in the years ahead.
