Eurowind Energy A/S in Hobro, Denmark, seeks an experienced Team Lead to guide five software developers within Trading & Monitoring. You will shape how the team works, set direction, and partner with the Product Owner, Scrum Master and architect to deliver value.

Qualifications

• Has several years of people management experience.
• Experience with 1:1s, feedback and development conversations; mediating when conflicts arise.
• Involved in recruitment and onboarding.
• Understands agile software development and team delivery.
• Communicates clearly and creates direction and psychological safety.
• Comfortable making decisions and standing by them.
• Fluent in Danish and English, written and spoken.
• A technical background is a plus; familiarity with energy trading is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead five developers: regular 1:1s, feedback and development plans.
• Allocate tasks and responsibilities within the team.
• Own team culture, wellbeing and day-to-day ways of working.
• Handle conflicts and mediate between colleagues.
• Recruitment and onboarding with HR and your manager.
• Approve holidays and absences; suggest salary changes within HR framework.
• Identify blockers and removal of delivery risks.
• Act as liaison between team and wider organisation (Trading/Commercial).
• Collaborate with Product Owner, Scrum Master and architect on planning and prioritisation.
