Job summary

Insitepart AB in Køge is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead and develop our new customer’s warehouse and logistics operation. You will own site performance, safety, and customer delivery while partnering with customers and internal stakeholders.

You bring 5+ years of leadership in warehouse/logistics, strong Danish and English communication, and a solid track record in cost control, forecasting, and continuous improvement. Experience with e-commerce or automated warehouses is a plus.

Qualifications

• Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field; five years of leadership experience with people management responsibilities; strong background in managing warehouse and logistics operations.
• Fluent in English and Danish; Swedish a plus; knowledge of occupational health and safety practices.

We are looking for an experienced and business-driven Site Manager to lead and develop our new customer´s warehouse and logistics operation in Køge. This is a key leadership role where you will be responsible for the overall site performance, ensuring operational excellence, customer satisfaction, employee engagement, and financial results.

As Site Manager, you will represent Insitepart on-site and create the conditions for both leaders and employees to succeed. You will work closely with our customer and internal stakeholders to drive continuous improvements, maintain a safe working environment, and ensure the operation meets its strategic and operational objectives both short and longterm.

Your Responsibilities

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has a degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field, alternatively equivalent professional experience. You have at least five years of leadership experience with people management responsibilities and a solid background in managing warehouse and logistics operations. You possess strong knowledge of occupational health and safety practices and communicate fluently in English and Danish, both verbally and in writing. Swedish language skills are considered an advantage.

To succeed in this role, you have strong skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with forecasting and demand planning. You combine analytical thinking with strong statistical skills and have a broad understanding of warehouse and logistics management. Experience managing contracts and commercial agreements, along with strong financial and budget management capabilities, is essential.

It is considered a plus if you have experience from e-commerce or automated warehouse environments. Training in Systematic Work Environment Management (SAM) and Systematic Fire Safety Management (SBA) is highly valued, as is experience working in customer-driven or outsourced logistics operations.
