Job summary

Ørsted is seeking a ServiceNow GRC Product Owner to drive governance, risk and compliance products across IT and OT. You will own the product backlog, guide roadmaps, and collaborate with global stakeholders to maximize business value and adoption of the IRM module.

You will leadership in a global, collaborative environment, working with external consultants and cross-functional teams to deliver out-of-the-box ServiceNow capabilities and platform enhancements.

Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering GRC products on ServiceNow IRM.
• Experience translating business needs into roadmaps and backlogs.
• Strong stakeholder engagement across IT/OT and leadership levels.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain a structured product backlog for ServiceNow GRC.
• Prioritize features to maximize business value within quarterly plans.
• Engage stakeholders to translate needs into scalable platform solutions.
• Advise on ServiceNow IRM capabilities and best practices.
• Drive adoption and continuous improvement of GRC products.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, and delivery teams.
