Job summary

Ørsted is seeking a Product Owner for Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) on the ServiceNow platform. You will own the GRC product backlog, translate business needs into roadmaps, and guide adoption of IRM capabilities across IT and OT in a global organization.

You will lead a consolidated team of external consultants, collaborate with architects and delivery teams, and ensure measurable business value from the ServiceNow Platform.

Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering GRC products on ServiceNow IRM in IT/OT.
• Experience prioritizing backlog in SAFe/Agile environments.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and leadership across global teams.
• Ability to translate business needs into roadmaps and backlogs.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain a structured product backlog for ServiceNow GRC deliverables.
• Prioritize initiatives and features to maximize business value within quarterly plans.
• Engage stakeholders across the organization to translate needs into scalable platform solutions.
• Advise stakeholders on ServiceNow IRM capabilities and solution decisions using out-of-the-box functionality.
• Drive adoption and continuous improvement of GRC products on the ServiceNow platform.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, and delivery teams for successful implementation and release of features.
• Support regulatory and compliance capabilities across a global business environment.
• Strengthen collaboration, transparency, and productivity within the product team and stakeholder communities.
