Job summary

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve governance, risk, and compliance products on ServiceNow IRM from development to operation and adoption
• Translate business needs into product roadmaps and prioritized backlogs, guiding solution decisions using out-of-the-box capabilities
• Collaborate with architects, developers, and delivery teams to ensure successful implementation and release of features
• Drive adoption and measurable business value of GRC products across IT and OT within a complex global environment
• Engage stakeholders at multiple organisational levels to align roadmaps and dependencies and enable cross-team collaboration
• Support governance, risk, and compliance processes within enterprise environments
