Job description

Are you good at keeping things organised, leading a team and ensuring high standards? Then you could be our new Service Manager at Spejlblank Rengøring.

We are looking for a full-time Service Manager to help ensure that our customers receive excellent service and that our employees have everything they need to deliver great results.

You will play a key role in our daily operations, working closely with both customers and cleaning staff. We are looking for someone who takes responsibility, follows through and enjoys a role that combines planning with regular visits to customer sites.

Your responsibilities

Plan and coordinate daily cleaning operations.

Lead, motivate and support employees.

Introduce and train new team members.

Carry out quality checks and ensure that our work meets the standards agreed with customers.

Maintain regular contact with customers and handle questions and requests.

Adjust staffing arrangements to cover sickness and holidays.

Ensure that employees have the necessary supplies and equipment.

Who are you?

You are organised, communicate clearly and treat both customers and colleagues with respect. You stay on top of things when plans change and follow through to ensure that tasks are completed.

We are looking for someone who:

Has experience in the cleaning industry, ideally with coordination or team management responsibilities.

Speaks fluent English, as you will communicate with both customers and employees in English. Danish language skills are welcome but are not required.

Has an eye for quality and pays attention to detail.

Can work independently and take responsibility for daily operations.

Works well with people from different backgrounds.

Is comfortable working across multiple customer sites.

Holds a valid driving licence for a passenger car (category B).
