Job summary

De 5 Stjerner is seeking an experienced Working Cleaning Supervisor for a part-time role in Nordborg, Denmark. This position is not office-based; you will lead by example, participate in cleaning duties, and support the cleaning team to deliver high-quality work.

Expect approx 80–90 hours per month, primarily Mondays and Fridays, with occasional weekend shifts. Salary and terms follow the Danish collective agreement.

De 5 Stjerner is looking for an experienced Working Cleaning Supervisor for a part-time position in Nordborg.

We need someone who can create structure, support the cleaning team and ensure that the required quality is delivered. At the same time, this is not an office-based supervisor position. You will be expected to take part in the cleaning work and lead by example.

The position offers approximately 80–90 working hours per month. The primary working days are Mondays and Fridays, with occasional weekend shifts depending on operational needs.

Your responsibilities

Your tasks will include:

Planning and distributing daily cleaning tasks

Participating actively in the cleaning work

Supporting and guiding cleaning assistants

Checking that the required cleaning standards are met

Following up on incomplete or unsatisfactory work

Ensuring that equipment and cleaning products are available and used correctly

Reporting operational, staffing or quality issues to the responsible manager

Helping train new employees

Maintaining clear communication between the team, management and the customer

Supporting the team during busy periods or unexpected absences

Who are we looking for?

You have practical professional cleaning experience and understand what good quality looks like.

You do not necessarily need extensive management experience, but you should be comfortable taking responsibility, giving clear instructions and following up when something needs to be corrected.

We expect that you:

Have previous experience in professional cleaning

Are willing and able to clean alongside the team

Can organise work and prioritise tasks

Are reliable, punctual and responsible

Pay attention to details and quality

Can communicate respectfully and clearly with colleagues

Can work independently and make practical decisions

Can understand work instructions in English or Danish

Are available to work mainly on Mondays and Fridays

Can occasionally work during weekends when required

Previous experience as a cleaning supervisor, team leader, inspector or responsible cleaner is an advantage.
