Job summary

Spejlblank Rengøring ApS is seeking a Service Manager to oversee daily cleaning operations and lead a team across customer sites in Copenhagen and surrounding areas. The role combines planning with hands-on site visits and close collaboration with customers and staff.

You will ensure service quality, staff well-being, and effective planning, with the opportunity to influence daily procedures and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in the cleaning industry with coordination or team management responsibilities.
• Fluent English required; Danish is welcome but not required.
• Strong planning, organisation and attention to detail.
• Willing to work across multiple customer sites and take responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate daily cleaning operations.
• Lead, motivate and support employees.
• Introduce and train new team members.
• Carry out quality checks and ensure standards with customers.
• Maintain regular contact with customers and handle questions.
• Adjust staffing to cover sickness and holidays.
• Ensure employees have supplies and equipment.
