Your role is to identify new service opportunities by exploring new technologies and start-up opportunities, participate in validating and negotiating new service partnerships, and successfully manage existing partnerships and service concepts across the Nordic markets. You will work in close collaboration with Nordic colleagues, agile squads and other internal and external stakeholders. You will lead your own service portfolio and run development projects from initial idea to full-scale implementation. It consists of local distribution partner teams and the Nordic Services team, where we run and build value-adding services to differentiate in the insurance market. Our Services team is spread around four different countries, and we run projects flexibly in and beyond our home locations. You will take part in highly interesting projects in the areas of property, living and personal health, for example related to home IoT and loss prevention. **Who are you?**As a Service Development Manager, your mission is to identify and explore new business opportunities and develop existing and new services based on customer needs and business value. You are a strategic and analytical problem solver who is a great team player and an excellent networker with proven skills to build and develop service partnerships.
