Job summary

GlobalConnect Oy is seeking a Service Desk Specialist for Advanced Network Solutions. The role requires experience as a network engineer or in second/third-line support, with strong knowledge of Fortinet, Cisco, SD-WAN, routing and security.

You should hold a certification or CCNA-equivalent experience, be able to solve problems independently, and communicate fluently in English with good skills in at least one Scandinavian language.
