Job summary

Roberta’s Society in Aarhus is seeking a positive Service Chef to join our kitchen team. You’ll prepare and serve dishes during dinner service, working closely with the Head Chef and front-of-house to ensure a smooth, high‑quality guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook and serve dishes from our menu, primarily during dinner service.

• Assist with daily preparation, prep lists and food ordering.
• Monitor food waste and help reduce unnecessary costs.
• Ensure correct food labelling, including allergens.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleaning and food safety.
• Support dishwashing and other kitchen duties when needed.
• Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house teams.

We’re looking for a positive, service‑minded Service Chef who enjoys working in a lively kitchen, takes pride in preparing good food and loves being part of a team.

About the position

As a Service Chef, you’ll be part of our kitchen team, preparing and serving food across our menu, with a particular focus on evening service and communal dining.

You’ll work closely with our Head Chef and front‑of‑house team to ensure smooth daily operations, consistent food quality and a great experience for our guests.

We’re a hands‑on team where everyone helps each other, and no two days are quite the same!

Your responsibilities

Practical information

Employment type: Part‑time, approximately 15 hours per week.
