Job summary

HCLTech Denmark is seeking a Senior Windchill Solution Architect to lead large-scale PLM implementations and migrations. You will define enterprise Windchill architecture, drive roadmaps, and mentor delivery teams across SAP integrations, cloud deployments, and data migrations.

The role requires 15–20+ years of Windchill/PLM experience, strong stakeholder engagement, and presales support. You will collaborate with global teams from the Copenhagen area.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Windchill architecture and enterprise implementations.
• Experience with Windchill upgrades, cloud migrations, and large PLM programs.
• Strong knowledge of SAP integration and data management.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Windchill implementation, upgrade, and transformation programs.
• Define enterprise PLM architecture and roadmap.
• Conduct solution workshops and fit-gap assessments.
• Architect integrations with SAP, ERP, MES, Data Lakes, and engineering systems.
• Drive cloud migration initiatives and infrastructure design.
• Lead data migration strategy, governance, validation, and cutover planning.
• Act as trusted advisor for customers and stakeholders.
• Support presales, solution design, and RFP responses.
• Mentor delivery teams and govern architecture reviews.
