Qualifications

• Minimum 9–10+ years of SAP EWM experience.
• Proven track record leading complex SAP transformation projects.
• 4 full-cycle SAP implementations.
• Strong cross-module expertise for end-to-end logistics solutions.
• Strong configuration and solution design skills.
• Experience with C-level stakeholder management.
• Experience across multiple industries in warehouse management.
• Pre-sales and business development experience.
• Strategic thinking with project leadership.
• SAP EWM certifications are an advantage.
• Public Cloud experience is an advantage.
• Experience with SAP integration tools (Signavio, LeanIX, SAP Cloud ALM, WalkMe).
• Knowledge sharing and mentoring mindset.
• Designs AI-enabled SAP solutions conceptually.
• Evaluates AI use cases, risks, governance with customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP EWM solution architecture designs.
• Translate business strategies into scalable SAP designs.
• Own architecture decisions aligning with best practices.
• Advise senior stakeholders, including C-level, on options.
• Lead and mentor consultants and developers.
• Support pre-sales with architecture design, estimations, and client presentations.
